Major problem is noisy. Raised to staff, but didn't care. They dont have double pane windows so oftentimes sports cars were blowing exhausts and make you unable to sleep. One staff was very nice and lent me a euro standard phone charger

Barbara from reception was amazing, great explanation of everything we needed in the hotel and outside. close to everything, very clean and inviting. they have a breakfast place open 24 hours with little snacks, which was very helpful thank you will definitely choose this hotel again

I did not know what to expect upon arrival but the room was good size!!! One bedroom. Pull out sofa bed table and large bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!! We arrived very early and they accommodated us and got us in a room immediately. Highly recommend!

Room was great. The check in instructions weren’t too clear. The reception is on the 3rd (4th really, Italy counts ground floor as 0). Had some trouble finding that..other than that, room and staff was great.

Great stay!
We had a lovely stay at Nerva, the room was spacious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location, about 15 min walk from the Colosseum and 5 mins from a metro station. Sandwiches, croissants and coffee available throughout the day, would come back!
