Loved the location and even had a movie theatre right behind the hotel, close walking distance for Walmart Cato and several other stores. I don't know how long this hotel has been here, I think it fairly new I will stay again if I am in the area, but the house keeping was not great the hotel front desk were friendly and helpful need to inspect more floors and sheets in the room needed major attention employees were out front smoking when we arrived need to do this to the side of the building walking into the building all I could smell was smoke

I thought rooms were clean and front desk service was good except for temporary situation due to remodeling. Only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner in room was not controlling unless I didn’t just understand it. But the beds were comfy and had a good night rest plus of course the price could be a lot better.

The staff was really good. The room doors didn’t open and closed as smoothly as they should. The building was under construction while we stayed there. I would stay there again once the construction is complete.

Shower bad. Broken valve = Weak water pressure.
The shower was horrible. Terrible water pressure because shower faucet valve was impaired. Much stronger water pressure out of bath faucet than shower head.

I don't know anything about this property because I booked for Monticello, Kentucky. Didn't find out that IHG no longer had a hotel there until we arrived to check in. So I did not enjoy my stay. Need to be more knowledgable about your hotels and their locations.

Staff was rude and unorganized. Would not let us check in early even though we are members. Could not check in on time either because rooms had not been cleaned at 4 in the afternoon. Terrible service. Hotel was dirty and under construction. Worst HI I’ve ever stayed at.

Everything about this property was sub-standard. It was very dirty in the halls as well as the room. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for our party of 3. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable. There was no hot breakfast and the selection of cold foods was unappetizing. We left early to try to find a place to get breakfast. I always stay at Holiday Inn while traveling and this property, by far, was the worst. The staff was very nice but that's the only thing good that I can say about my stay there. The fact that they were doing renovations should have been told to me when I was booking my stay. If it had been, I would have stayed somewhere else.

1st room wasn’t clean. Counters hadn’t been wiped down, floor wasn’t clean, & makeup on the pillows. The front desk was very nice & put us in another room. It was better, but not great. Hair in the floor & tub. Beds were comfy!

The property was under renovations on most of the rooms on our floor and we were the first room in the hallway with occupants and considering the amount of workers and the area of work being worked in it was so quiet and clean! The workers were respectful and kept conversations down and didn’t have music playing. The room was extremely clean, as were the common areas. The staff at the front desk were very inviting when we checked in.

Nice and clean
Bed is comfortable, nice pillows, room was clean and spacious. The only minor issue we came across was a semi-broken but still functional shower/tub spout. It was broken and didn’t allow the shower to be completely turned on (water was still coming out of the faucet and not just the shower head.) It is still functional but should probably be replaced soon. Otherwise, great place to stay.
