The house is charming, the view and location are excellent. great place to relax and watch the sunset after a day of exploring all the local attractions and history of the area. I highly recommend this property and I hope to return soon.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The backyard view is breath taking! I would love to stay here again next time I visit Lake Cumberland with the family! Everyone in the area and the neighbors were very friendly and the home was very organized. I also loved the binder with all the notes and additional info, that was a very nice touch.

Exceeded expectations.
We arrived late at the property and hadn’t checked email for code to get into the house. A quick phone call to the host resolved that issue and we started what would be a relaxing stay, with all the convenience of home. We really loved the seating options for family dining. Overall, our stay was comfortable & the location was convenient to reach our intended locations. NICE!!

Great House, Great Location
We were in a group of 3 couples. House was great, super clean, plenty of parking, and very close to Conley Bottom Marina. We had a small peek view of the lake from the back deck, and lots of outside space to hang out and build a fire in the evenings. Neighbor dog, Harley, came to greet us and hung out with us in the evenings. Would definitely rent here again!

A hidden gem off the beaten path with a view of cows included. We were greeted by Harley, the neighbor lab who came down to check us out. It really was a very nice place, beautiful view. If you have a paint easle this is your place. Very spacious. Would have loved to have had a ping pong table for the teens, its big enough. As it was we really enjoyed just chilling in our own places. Very well equipped and clean.

Absolutely the best, stunning property and home. I will return here every time if available. Spacious, inside and out on beautiful deck. Emaculately clean and kept. Wonderful home for a peaceful getaway
This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything needed to cook, clean, do laundry and dishes/run dishwasher. The property is beautiful and ideal area for those who enjoy walking. The only thing we missed was having a smart TV to binge our favorites. The linens were fine but the beds could have been more comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great View, easy to find, spacious and clean. Kitchen and linens well supplied. Upgraded ,beautiful kitchen. Room for visitors to spread out on the multiple decks, open design first floor and basement family room. Very close to large marina and space for boat on drive. Incredibly clean, perfect, and private property.
Our family and friends enjoyed staying at this property over Labor Day weekend. It was immaculate and very clean. This property is private and has plenty of room, indoor and outdoor seating, and has a stocked kitchen with cooking and grilling necessities. I am already planning when we can come back and stay again! There was some kind of communication problem with Evolve. I had been messaging for hours on the day of arrival to get the check in instructions and did not ever get a response. I sat at the property in my car and was on hold with VRBO when coincidentally I got an email with the homeowners phone number so I hung up. This was 2 hours after check in time and 10 minutes of being there. I called Ms. Imogene and she gave me the code to get in. She was very nice and helpful. She told me she had already messaged me the code to get in earlier in the day but I never got anything from her or Evolve. All of this was still worth it to stay at this awesome property! Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

This home was perfect for our ladies get a way! Lots of space, well furnished kitchen, plenty of towels and wash clothes, great outdoor space! This property is in a beautiful rural neighborhood. Cows across the street, lake views, we even saw a bald eagle fly over. We would love to come back!

Home was just as pictured. Very clean and fully stocked for our stay. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years. Loved sitting out on the deck every evening listening to the birds and watching the sunset. If you want a peaceful, relaxing vacation this is definitely the place to be.

The house was very nice. And equipped with everything. Owner was easy to communicate with. And it’s just minutes from Conleys bottom. We took our boats and there was plenty of room to park. We would stay again next summer. Our only complaint was the beds are not that comfortable.

We stayed at this location for the ease of where it was located to our property we were building on, it was a very short trip back and forth, this place is super huge, PLENTY of space in all areas of the home, kitchen was brand new, huge and absolutely amazing as was the lake view ,normally when we would be coming to boat in the summer months and would get to enjoy all your many many outdoor spaces but we are here in JANUARY, the driveway is looped,level,perfect for many boats and trailers, blacktopped too!! private road and drive,lots of privacy in a beautiful country setting. 4 private bedrooms to use, very nice clean big bathrooms too!! the sectional in the living room and all the space there in the open concept kitchen/dining/living was more than even a large family could use, even though this time only 4 of us got to stay and normally there would be 9 or 10 of us,....besides that we never even used the super huge family room/bedroom in the basement. This place was SOOOOO close to Conley Bottom, made us sad we couldnt go boating. Cable tv in all bedrooms was fantastic, lots and lots of channels, WIFI was excellent too, plenty of towels,washcloths,linens,handsoap. body wash,paper towels and toilet paper!! just in case you forgot something it was there, all we did was pack in our food. If I had anything at all to say negative,or can we call it constructive advice? all the beds were way,way too firm. nice mattress toppers would of done wonders on all those beds, just something to think about,also an element is burned out in the toaster so may need replaced, other than that Im hoping we all get to come back to stay in the summer if our house is not completed by then. Thank you for such a Wonderful Stay!!!
