Nice hotel but hidden charge
It’s a nice hiotel. Fairly new so clean. Was not very busy. Not a lot of devices in evening but great fitness facilities 24/7. Staff were friendly. Property is nice but could use some flowers. It’s a lot of green. Lovely overlooking Lilly pond. Problem Was they charged us an extra $100 for having a second person in the room. I paid for a double (2 beds). So why an extra charge ????

Overall the stay was a positive one. They made the experience a relaxing one with spa treatments and other options. They do not come into your room unless you need them to. Unfortunately the phones in your room were not working and ice machines were down on two floors. I recommend this is you need to disconnect, to also completely relax and lose track of time.
