The accommodation was fine, the rooms are basic but totally sufficient, we had a little kitchen in our room and the fridge was invaluable for keeping water cold. The areas were all clean and the pool was great.
One of the staff members spoke no English at all and even when using google translate was a little ‘off’, a bit of customer service would have been nicer.
There is a little chapel on the site too.
Breakfast was sweet, cake and jam tarts. The coffee was delicious. The nearest supermarket (read corner shop) was a drive away and like most Italian villages, closed at the most inconvenient time. Though it did have fresh bread, meats, cheese and fruit etc. You can’t buy anything on site, so drinks and any snacks would need to be bought beforehand.
I would stay here again, but I’d be more prepared and bring a few supplies with me.
