I reserved our hotel on April but when we arrived at the hotel on July 26, we found that our reservation was cancelled while we have not received any cancellation email and our booking was active in my Expedia account. after long discussion finally the hotel accepted to give us a room smaller than the original room and we paid more than the amount that we supposed to pay according to our booking. Also we paid for the breakfast while our booking was breakfast included. I went with my family and my parents. I was embarrassed for this situation. I called Expedia several times but did not helped me to solve the problem. The customer service agents were so rude and hanged out the phone. So I am not happy about this consequences and expect Expedia to refund me. I had hard time and bad experience of this booking.

Receptionist very helpful at check in (there is a motel opposite with exact same name which caused confusion on our part) and was able to upgrade our room for us when we realised we had booked room with one bed and not two. Room clean and very nice but only downside was no microwave. Beds and pillows super comfy. Quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in shower. Parking right out front or back with designated numbers to match room numbers. Restaurant attached and gas station and grocery store just down the road. Great place to stay on long drive back to Ontario from PEI.
