F2 of 43 m2 with balcony in the city center very nice neighborhood with shops Nearby, tram to the nearby beach. Calm, clear, crossing of 2 courses. Very well equipped with new furniture and decoration. 10 minutes. walk from the station, 5 mi. the town center, 2 min. Tram 3 and 4.

The living room is separated from the kitchen and can serve as true 2nd bedroom.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The apartment is nice for maximum 2 people. The girl in charge doesn't speak English and it's very laid back, so make sure she understands the agreement about your arrival and your leave. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy after 9 pm and the entrance of the building is quite nasty because people smoke and leave trash.

desagradable!
Las condiciones de limpieza del departamento no son óptimas. Encontramos en varias ocasiones cucarachas en la sala de baño y En las habitaciones. Notificamos a la propietaria de este desagradable evento a lo cual respondió que “ella jamás las había visto” tuvimos que salir antes de la fecha que habíamos reservado ya que era inadmisible dormir entre cucarachas por el precio pagado. No obtuvimos un reembolso ni manera de comunicarlo a VRbo. Desde nuestra llegada encontramos basura en el baño y el w/c sucio. La limpieza no se había hecho a detalle. No recomiendo este lugar en definitiva.

Big recommendation
Very kind owner, very close to the city center (5 minutes walk). We are a family with a child and had a great stay as the apartment is close to a tram station (2 minutes walk) and the apartment is perfectly equipped with all which you need!
