Nous avons passés de très bons moments dans cette location. À 100 mètres de la plage et à 2 km du centre du Grau du Roi. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Monsieur FONTANIER est un hôte très accueillant et disponible . À refaire.

Séjour agréable
Séjour au calme, proche de la plage du Boucanet. Le port est magnifique avec ses commerces et ses animations. une climatisation dans la 2eme chambre et des Wc au rez-de-chaussée serait un plus. Il faudrait laisser un peu de place dans les placards pour ranger les courses.

Nous avons adoré cette petite maison . Elle est très bien située, dans un quartier calme, à 2 pas de la plage, il n'y qu'à traversé la rue. le port et sa zone commerciale sont à 15mn à pied, cela fait une belle petite balade le soir après la plage La maison en elle même est très propre, les pièces sont toutes de très bonne taille y xcompris la douche La clim est présente et la petite terrasse avec son barbecue est très agréable. Vraiment rien à redire, allez y les yeux fermés, nous on garde l'adresse sous le coude

Ci siamo trovati molto bene la casa rispettava tutte le nostre aspettative. Attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve ben arredata climatizzata e in un ottima posizione vicino al mare in zona tranquilla ideale per godersi una bella vacanza. Il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale ci ha accolti e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo trovato l appartamento pulito e accogliente lo consigliamo a tutti sicuramente. Ci torneremo presto e già abbiamo nostalgia. Grazie mille au revoir

Confortable et bien situé à 50m de la plage
Bon séjour d'une semaine dans une maison confortable avec équipement électroménager neuf, tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires et même plus qu'il n'en faut, le barbecue très appréciable, literie de qualité, climatisation efficace. Sympathique accueil de Jean-Louis pour cette semaine de vacances au Grau.
