In the heart of Montpellier, the house is ideally situated since it is only 10 minutes away from Place de la Comédie and less than 15 minutes away from the sea and its fine sand beaches.
It is really convenient because you've got everything nearby and can easily walk to the best bakery in Montpellier, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants ... The bus is just on the other side of the road.
You will be charmed by the 10 m x 3.5 m mirror swimming pool with gray coating which gives a particularly beautiful, natural, and changing water colour, with a small waterfall.

Label Meublé de tourisme 4 stars given by the Ministry in charge of Tourisme.

A modern villa, bathed in sun, surrounded by an attractive cute tropical garden with deckchairs and an outside shower to freshen up after sunbathing in the afternoon or take a shower under the stars, in the evening when you come back home  from the beach .
The location, planted with trees, is calm and quiet, a little piece of countryside in the city ...
Perfect to enjoy the sea and the pool during the day and, when the night comes, the many summer festivities downtown or by the sea. 

It is a very easy to live house which offers comfort and luxury, for a perfect and peaceful stay. 
On the ground floor you will find a large beautiful dining-room and salon, very sunny, looking straight onto the swimming pool, with its Home cinema, iPod station, WiFi, fireplace, piano ..., a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large comfortable bedrooms with bedding and bed linen in conformity with 4 stars hotel standards, a nice bathroom and separate toilets.
On the first floor, you will appreciate a master suite, with its private lounge, office corner, bathroom and toilets. 
Wide French windows open directly onto the garden which is a natural extension of the house.

The house was just as advertised, Fabien very helpful and available, I just wish the shower head was not a hand held one, it would seem easy to attach it to the wall, both shower heads the same, a small trash can in each room would also have been helpful, otherwise everything was great

Handy location for Montpellier Centre
Fabien is a well-meaning host who is clearly proud of his house. The house was very clean when we arrived although we would have really appreciated an earlier check in time than 5pm. The pool was lovely and the outside seating area was a fine place to eat. The location is excellent - just 2 mins walk from the bus stop which takes you to the city centre in 15 mins. It wasn’t clear to me from the listing that only one of the bedrooms is air conditioned - and off the three that are not, only one even has a mosquito net screen to allow for an open window at night. Some fundamentals were missing - no hooks to hang the showers on, no holders for the toilet roll, for example - and the outside shower was not sufficiently screened off to protect anyone’s modesty. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this house - a few little improvements could make it ideal.

Superb location and property
Excellent location - close enough to city (bus stop only 3 mins away) but very quiet and secluded. Easy access to motorway. Parking convenient at house. Close to superb boulangerie/patisserie and supermarkets (all within 5 mins walk). Great property, just as described/photos. Well maintained outside area with gardens and an amazing mirror pool. Outside furniture good. Large property. Well furnished throughout with a well equipped kitchen. Cleaniness was superb and maintenance was good. WiFi worked well and working areas if you need to do some work while on holiday. Large television with Free Box for digital TV. Fabien was a great host, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication from booking through to check-in and during the stay. Always available and responsive. He genuinely cares for both his property and his guests. Would definitelz recommend.

This is really a home away from home. The house is near everything ; sea, parks, grocery stores and has everything you need for a long stay. A beautiful and comfortable house, even in winter. The month went by very quickly , we will be back!

Lovely stay
We spent one week at this beautiful villa with our multigenerational family (ages 20-91). Fabien keeps the property immaculate and was incredibly responsive and accomodating before and during our stay. The location is fabulous. We walked to Comedie, drove to the beach and spent many mornings at the lovely bakery around the corner.

Superbe villa ! Super sejour
J'ai passé un excellent séjour de 7 nuits avec ma femme et mes enfants dans cette villa à Montpellier. Elle est idéalement située, proche des commerces et des attractions locales. La villa est propre, bien aménagée, et joliment décorée. La cuisine est moderne et parfaitement équipée. Le véritable atout de cette villa est la grande piscine, sans vis-à-vis, qui offre une intimité totale pour se détendre. De plus, l'hôte a été extrêmement accueillant et disponible, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cette villa !

Es war eine wunderbare Reise!! Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Wunderschöne Villa mit allem, was Sie zum Leben brauchen. Sehr großer und sauberer Pool. Die Kinder waren besonders glücklich! Der Gastgeber ist zu uns sehr nett gewesen. Der Fabien hat sich sehr bemüht, damit wir uns in seinem Haus sehr wohl fühlen könnten. Sehr schöne Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!! Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Great holidays in beautiful house
We have enjoyed our stay of 12 days in this beautiful house. It has the perfect location between city center and beaches. Access to public transportation is easy. We loved the bakery around the corner. The house itself, the garden and the pool are so well maintained and well equipped and also very clean! We can recommend this house without hesitation. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette maison. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et nous avions largement assez de place. La piscine est magnifique et est vraiment le point fort de la villa. Elle permet de faire de vraies longueurs! La villa se trouvait dans un état de propreté impeccable lorsque nous nous sommes installés. En ce qui concerne sa situation, il faut avouer que la pâtisserie qui se trouve à même pas 2 minutes à pieds est excellente! Notre hôte est une personne de confiance, très sympathique. Il nous a recommandé quelques restaurants (que nous avons bien fait de tester :-) ). Celui-ci était toujours disponible et il nous a très bien recu. Je recommande!

Excellent stay in cozy villa near Montpellier centre, coast and other attractions.
Cozy villa, cooling pool, and several options to sit, eat&drink or sun bathing around the house, nice garden. The host Fabien proved to be an excellent host and guided us for options during our vacation. Carrefour supermarket and very good artisan bakery (opens at 06.00! for fresh croissants etc) within 5 min. of walking distance. Beaches nearby (around 20-30 min driving time as well as e.g. Nimes and Uzes in around 50 min. to 1h15min driving time, MPL airport 20 min. Location of this Villa is therefore very good as well: close to the centre but private and quiet.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in Fabiens Haus. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt. Es bietet mehr als genug Platz für eine sechsköpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Und der Pool ist großartig! Wie haben jede freie Minute darin verbracht:) Abschließend möchte ich noch erwähnen das Fabien ein super Gastgeber ist. Sehr gute Kommunikation! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Propriétaire à l'écoute et qui donne des conseils sur les activités à réaliser durant le séjour. Piscine extérieur très appréciable. Faire attention à la précision de l'annonce concernant les animaux domestiques qui ne sont acceptés que sous accord du propriétaire et qui n'accepte qu'exceptionnellement les petits chiens. Une semaine à 6, entre amis, voisin agréable, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
