Welcome to this newly added property. Located in the heart of downtown just next to the metro station and steps to famous Saint Catherine street. Parking is just across the street in a public indoor garage - rates are very reasonable.

This is a large 3 bedroom unit with two levels.

The main level has the kitchen with a dishwasher, dinning area and living room with a sleeper couch. The living room also a has a TV. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. There is a large bedroom on this floor.

Upstairs has two more large bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and tub as well as a washer and dryer.
