It wasn't as bad as reviews say. Not a bad are seemed nice
Excellent location, short drive from Old Montreal and easily accessible. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room we stayed was on the ground floor and even though the AC of the building was turned on, the room was very hot and the window couldn’t be opened.the staff gave us a couple fans that helped cooling the room temperature. The breakfast was very good.
Wonderful property !loved how we didn't have to use any keys or card system instead the door have locks with pass cords which is very convenient and safe.

Excelent customer service. At first I was worried about checking in at 1AM but the person at the office wlal me through all the steps prior my arrival he took the time to explain how to do an online check in and I got my code for the room and the main door
Would highly recommend!
The staff will go out of their way to help you with directions or any personal requests.
My room was excellent with a private bathroom, airy and quiet. The dining hall also spacious and a generous and varied spread for buffet breakfast offered daily, good coffee available all day.
The hotel is a bit remote from central Montreal, however if you’re prepared to walk or catch a bus to the subway you can reach there in 30 minutes.
In 12 minutes you can walk to Rue Ontario which has cafés and assorted shopping. Part of the street is blocked to traffic and has a lively atmosphere with not too many tourists, much more relaxed than downtown.
Great value for money and highly recommended if you want to experience some local colour with a comfortable lodging.
