My iconic flat is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood on famous Sainte Catherine street.

✦ St. Catherine street is the central street across all downtown, featuring shopping, bars, cafes, iconic shopping, festival events, and more!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 comfortably.

We provide all of our guests with freshly cleaned linens, towels, toiletries, and the apartment also includes air conditioning/heating.

The self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after your designated check-in time on your arrival day. Please inform me in advance if you plan to arrive later than the check-in window.

During your stay, I'll be out of town and unavailable for in-person assistance. I prefer communication through the app; my phone number is reserved for emergencies. Rest assured, I have local contacts available to assist with any urgent issues.

You'll receive straightforward check-in instructions a day before your arrival, ensuring a seamless start to your trip.

Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is where real life happens: it’s a thriving urban village with a friendly, small-town feel. The area is growing and developing so you can experience fantastic local favorites close by.

Hochelaga-Maisonneuve now offers an eclectic mix of small local businesses. From the Maisonneuve Market to Promenade Ontario to Sainte-Catherine Street East, there’s always something new to discover, with a wealth of new restaurants, cafés, local artisans, designers and socially-responsible boutiques ever-adding to the neighbourhood’s allure.

There’s no lack of things to do here, either indoors or out. Maisonneuve Park offers a vast 4-season playground, and Morgan Park with its water fountain, beautiful landscaping and magnificent bandstand is a neighbourhood family favourite.

Each summer, Ontario and Sainte-Catherine Street East transform into a festive outdoor venue featuring entertainment and activities for residents and visitors alike. Streets are closed off to traffic, patios are buzzing, sidewalk sales abound and people just come out to experience the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve summertime vibe.

This is a very convenient location, you will be 15 minute or less from dozens of the biggest activities and must see sights!

You are a 10 minute taxi or Uber to downtown, 15 minutes to get across downtown and the Old Montreal (Old Port) district.

There is convenient city busy 125 right on Ontario street just a couple of minutes walk.

5 minutes from the Biodome and Olympic park or an easy walk there in 15-20 minutes.

- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests.

-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment's housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.

- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed very late at night. So for very late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.

- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.

- This is an apartment in a building with other units. In order to avoid damages to the building. The property manager may need to access to the property to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- For all street parking in Montreal I highly suggest to always double check the parking signs for where you park. Especially if you drive downtown.
I always want you to have a great time during your stay! While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for you and future guests. My experience is that most guests are really wonderful, so enjoy the apartment and relax!

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. City law requires noise to be kept reasonable at all times. Planning a party? Let me know—I can recommend my friend’s party-friendly property.

⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).

⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). If you have any questions about this, contact me before check-in, I am glad to discuss with you.

⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

⋆CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment, not parties or abuse. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. Please care for the property and furnishings so future guests can enjoy them too.

⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property.

⋆CHECK-IN TIME
Self-check-in is available after midnight, but assistance may be limited if I’m asleep. For support I suggest to keep with the Check-in window, I'm readily available from 8 AM to midnight for any issues and questions, always.
If arriving past midnight, let me know your estimated time in advance and be sure you received and reviewed the check-in instructions sent the day before.

⋆CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee past 11:00 a.m. up to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. resulting in an extra night's charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be requested and pre-approved a full day in advance.

⋆KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before).
