Amazing greeting and reception including a welcome bag with 2 bottles of water and cookies. Nice coffee area available free of charge. Room. Nice and clean and property is very safe. Amazing location if you want to see a show at MTelus or walk to Chinatown. I was pleasantly surprised for the price.

Great place to stay right downtown
We just stayed one night while we were in town for a concert. It served its purpose. The staff were incredibly kind. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet at night, despite it being right downtown. The only complaint was that there were a lot of long black hairs in the bathroom, which was kind of gross. We used the valet parking, which was nice, because finding parking in MTL can be a challenge. I'd stay here again for a quick trip, but I do prefer quieter areas.

A clear recommendation!
We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. Room was large, the bathroom also. The breakfast was included - here it would be nice to have also something healthy (oat flakes, fruits etc.) beside of the usual ham and eggs. Very comfortable was the lobby with the coffee machine and some tables to eat and drink during the day.

This was conveniently located for us. I also, like that they have EV charging on site and secure parking (at a cost). The free coffee machine in the lobby was next level. I also liked the workout area. Overall a good inner city hotel.
