The property is well located to the gay village. Communication before and after was good. Room was simple and clean. Iron was included. Roku service available. Entry stairs are in poor condition and you need to be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

Location, Location, Location !
First time at this hotel. Although I reserved a small single room, it was clean, tidy and quiet with a small kitchen and air conditioner. The location can’t be beat: 2 minutes to the subway & bus station, a few blocks to Le Plateau and The Village + a large parking garage directly across the street. I’ve had to walk blocks to house my car in the past…no more. I look forward to staying here again when I make it back to Montréal.

Our stove did not work. we tried to get in contact with them about it multiple times but no one came to fix our issue. They told us to replug and plug the device back in, and it still did not work. the place was nice tho, very accomadating and the ac is great. the workers are honestly very nice and try their best. its mainly the whole maintenance of devices that really ticked me off.

“Clouds hotel” should change its name to “Cloud Hostel” or “Cloud Motel”. I don’t even know where to start. Rooms were small and dirty. Rooms were not equipped with the basics like hangers to hang the towels. Sink were clogged. Called the hosts and problem was not fixed . Hallway was dirty to a pint where your shoes stick to the floor. Disgusting. Worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in.

Property was clean and very modern. Loved the entrance seating area with the dark marble like flooring definitely took many OOTD photos in the huge mirror. Room was clean, space is decent size for someone who is spending most of the time out in the city. Due to lack of space I would recommend some hooks for towels and clothing. Lots of soap and shampoo provided and ac worked good. Instructions were fairly easy to follow to get into property. Parking for two nights was about $50 just down the road and there are rental bikes just outside the parking garage. Most attractions are about a 30 minute walk away.

Great Location for ST. Catherine St visit
Super easy to enter premises - all digital. Parking was easy to find right on the street. Place was super clean and has everything needed. Location is awesome. We parked for the 4 days and walked everywhere. Located just 4 minutes from St. Catherine St.

Convenient, Quiet and Clean
The hotel is on a row near a large number of other small hotels right behind the bus depot and the Barri-UQAM Metro station. Super central location, amazingly easy to grab the metro or a Bixi bike. The property itself is easy to get into, quiet and clean. Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was good too.
