The hostess in the restaurant was excellent and engaging the food was average but she made the experience enjoyable. Did not like that they knew that four persons would be in the room and there were not enough towels and after a request was made they still did not get it right but it may have been a language barrier. Management can be more proactive for this brand and ensure that four towels are in certain rooms at all times.

Première fois à cet hôtel, chambres très propres. Nous avons dû changer de chambre car la première était située derrière les 3 assenceurs. Ça vibrait jusque dans le lit à chaque passage. C'est clairement un vice de construction. Le personnel en place nous disait que c'était le bruit normal du Centre-Ville. Explication douteuse, puisque notre 2e chambre était directement sur René-Lévesque et on ne sentait et n'entendait plus ces vibrations.
