I ordered my room to Expedia and when I checked in they ask me to pay an extra 100 $ …..On top of that I ordered for breakfast a omelette western and it was not cooked properly with bread with no butter or margarine on it and for coffee they served you with coffee cup ☕️ so small that you have to ask the waiter to constantly come fill it up….TERRIBLE

Nice hotel, fairly new and clean.
It was vert clean. The parking situation was a bit confusing at first. You park underground in a public lot butbhas designated area for the hotel. Our room was clean. A little bit idd thatbwe didn't have any bodywash. We had 2 bottles of shampoo and one conditioner. Room was clean. We were a party of 4 but they only have us 3 towels. The next day they did provide extra towel.

Someone was using a machine or drill early in the morning. Would have been nice if bottled water was included given the price. Other than that stay was perfect. Room was amazing. Floor to ceiling windows. Very nice drapes. Morning desk staff very informative and good natured. Great hotel

I was on my way from Boston to Ottawa and wanted to stop on the way. But I've already been to Montreal many times, didn't feel like paying more for a hotel there and Montreal parking so I chose Laval which is very close. The hotel is brand new (March 2024) and completely up to date and extremely professional. Underground parking inexpensive, good restaurant on 2nd floor. Laval looks quite modern, and with College of Laval across the street (this hotel great if you're visiting someone there) there are all the amenities you need nearby even if this part of Laval is not particulary pretty or historic looking. A great hotel if you're just passing through or visiting Montreal and trying to avoid some of the inconveniences that go with a big city.
