Very nice and comfortable room, convenient to shopping and dining at Desjardins Complexe, especially with cold weather outside. Pool wasn’t available, but we knew that when we made our reservation.

i think the location is great. It's in downtown Montreal and very lively. Close by and within walking distance are a lot of Vegan restaurants. Staff was a so very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience.

The HVAC unit was not responding to the controls. I was to tired to complain about it. Room did not have an ice bucket? Had to have one delivered. I understand construction but when you see a chain link fence bolted to the exterior walls of the building to keep the bricks from falling......

Reception was on the 6th floor, valet parking on the 3rd. Not good communication of the facility layout. I couldn't operate the Keurig machine. I didn't know there were no dining facilities.

This is a great location and nice property. Overall a nice experience. Our room was fine but we had a horrible noise from the heater or A/C unit mostly heard through the evening . Also I was placed in a room near the elevator so it was somewhat noisy hearing the elevator and at times the guests. Great food and nice cocktails in the lounge. Shopping mall had delicious food as well.
