Long stay in Vileray.
Spent a month here April. 2022. . Great location. It was close to the relatives we were visiting in Villeray.. We like the area. More of a family neighborhood than the Plateau or Mile End., where we used to stay. 2 great bakeries within a couple of blocks and lots of places to eat including several nice restaurants within a 10 min walk. Some cool shops/cafes in the neighborhood. Blue line Metro station Jarry, a short, 2 minute walk. Jarry park @ a 15 min walk. Bixi stations close by. A classic, vintage Montreal apartment. Accurate photos tell the story. It has good light with windows on 3 sides.. Good, well equipped kitchen set up for a long stay. Plenty of dishes and utensils. But not stocked with basic spices, oil, vinegar, etc. No dishwasher. Appreciated Washer/dryer and a fold out clothes drying rack. Included laundry soap, cleaning supplies. Ample towels/linens. Good Wifi. Large dining room table good for eating and getting some work done.. Check in/out was easy with a lockbox Good shower. There was only 2 of us. Small bathroom with good cabinet. Could get a bit tight with a larger group. Host, Frederic, communicated well and responded quickly to a couple of small problems. Would stay here again.

Parfait pour nos besoins
Ma famille et moi avons habité dans ce logement du 5 septembre à la mi-octobre. Tout frais arrivé sur le marché locatif, l'appartement était propre, frais repeint et meublé sans flafla. La communication établie en amont avec les proprios étant excellente, il fut facile de signaler des articles manquant à la bonne marche au quotidien et de les obtenir très rapidement. La location géographique (à 1 minute à pied du métro Jarry et d'une SAQ!), réjouira autant les visiteurs d'ailleurs que ceux plus locaux. Jouxtant une ruelle commerciale, le logement est toutefois victime du bruit occasionné par les camions de livraison et de cueillette d'ordures qui viennent faire leur tour quelques fois par semaine, tôt le matin, mais en même temps, c'est ce mur non mitoyen qui permet d'avoir une chambre de plus dans ce type de bâtisse au lieu d'une pièce double, une véritable rareté dans le quartier (une licorne, diront les Anglais). Nous nous considérons comme chanceux d'être tombés sur ce logement qui répondait à tous nos besoins.
