Location was just at the edge of Chinatown and close to Old Montreal so walkable to both old and new districts. The outdoor heated pool was nice. The room was comfortable and as expected. Breakfast options were limited but reasonable. Coffee and tea was good.

Pretty decent, well located, clean hotel. Parking is charged at $30/day but the location is walkable to Notre Dame and happening St Laurent Blvd. The breakfast buffet is pretty standard with same menu everyday (at least for us over the weekend), but freshly prepared. We had an issue with the room where our bathroom fan didn't work. We raised it to maintenance and reception staff, but unfortunately nobody addressed it.

There was an ozone machine running when we entered our room - it took 4 calls, a visit from the maintenance Anne department and finally after being in the room for 25 minutes we went back to the front desk to find someone to speak with to get another room and express our concern over the health risks of having people checked into a room that was not properly ventilated AFTER the ozone treatment . The room we were loved too was smaller and had no view. Just a major concern and the staff didn’t seem to care about the warnings about ozone
