Good experience all round with two glaring issues. Paper cups in the room in place of china mugs and glasses - unacceptable in a four star property. Second rate service in restaurant that had black napkins, black seating , black uniforms and unwelcoming scowls on wait staff. More apt for a funeral than a happy dining experience. Front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping were not . I opted for three days no housekeeping in lieu of Hilton points. Big mistake. Its no fun haggling with housekeeping for extra cups and coffee. This property is not senior- friendly.

Good but not Great
The pillows weren't the most comfortable and the bed was springy and loud. I'm not sure if it's because of the room we booked which had to have a double bed. Staff and service was very good. Also parking at the hotel was expensive at $36 a night.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and lacked warmth, with no smiles or helpful attitude. While the room itself was decent, we encountered some issues. The hotel was running low on supplies, and there was no shower gel available in the room. Additionally, they only provide two small bottles of water per room, and any extra bottles come with an additional charge, which felt rather stingy for a hotel of this standard. Overall, we expected better service and amenities during our stay.

The parking charges was not mention in the deal, when I arrived at the location they told me that there is over $35 Tax, I discussed it with front desk staff but they did not help and he mentioned that he is going to leave a note to his supervisor to discuss this with me till then they will not charge me for the parking but they charged me and no manager or supervisor met me to discuss my issue. I don't recommend anyone to book with them, no body was in the shower at all.
