I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff are exceptional and made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities and amenities exceeded my expectations. However, I had a less impressive experience at their associated restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was slow and lacking, particularly when it came to getting water. I requested it multiple times, but it never arrived. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was satisfying, and the coffee service was fast and friendly. Based on my stay, I would definitely consider booking the hotel again in the future, but I would be more cautious in my dining choices.

Centrally located - close to Old Port and Metro station made for easy adventure. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids. Rooms were comfy - but be aware that Television in room does not have satellite, so be prepared if travelling with kids who want specific programming.
