I had a bad experience trying to get bedding for the pull out. Long story short, I requested bedding at 10pm to receive it at 12:40am after several calls, a visit to the front desk and an offer to pick up the bedding myself. I submitted a complaint, which was acknowledged by the supervisor the next day who told me he would follow up and did not. I emailed Hilton and received an auto reply that I would hear back in three days. It has now been five days. I followed up and still no response. The staff experience all around has been such a disappointment. I have been a longtime Hilton customer but will now think twice before booking with them again.

All the employees I encountered in the hotel were carrying a long face or like robots with no facial expressions. When I asked about the billing breakdown, the employee in the check in counter replied to me that “If you have listened to me carefully, you should have already heard that I explained it!” I was very shocked about his attitude and customer service.

Great for families — all the essentials
This checked all of our boxes. We went to Montreal on a family road trip (2 adults, 1 toddler) and needed to be sure we had 1. Parking, 2. Laundry, and 3. Enough space to spread out. We booked one of the studios, with a king bed and a pullout couch (which we didn’t use because we travel with a kids cot). The full kitchenette — though we didn’t use it much — was a nice to have. The parking was a bit of a cluster (it was overbooked when we entered so once a spot freed up, we didn’t bother trying to go in and out). We only partook in the free breakfast on our last day, on the way out. With all the amazing options in Montreal, why bother? It was swarming with people and pretty blah, but I guess that’s what you get with free breakfast and a bunch of tourist families. The staff wasn’t super friendly, or even particularly helpful, but we didn’t have need to interact with them much. Would definitely stay again, if traveling as a family — though if you’re looking for boutique hotel charm or a couples getaway, I’d probably spend a little more to get something nicer. The location is great — right in Chinatown near the orange line metro and super convenient to the old city and lots of great dining spots. There’s a lot of construction but we didn’t hear it being on the 12th floor. Our view of the city was great from our room! The bed was comfy and the AC worked exceptionally well — which was clutch during the first few days when temps were quite high.

I'm rarely as happy with a hotel stay as I was with this one. Full laundry in the room, full kitchen, great view. Near a highway underpass, but excellent soundproofing on the windows. Abundant, free EV charging. (Parking garage has a daily fee to use.) Terrific location for access to the Montreal convention center.

It is located near the metro station and close to the Basillica Notre Dame and lots of restaurants are near by. It is right on the edge of China town. The breakfast was ok. The best items were the croissants.

Great location, walking distance to downtown and Old Montreal. Despite construction surrounding hotel, it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was busy but always plenty of food and variety. Pool area was relaxing, and kids enjoyed the plunge pool.

I absolutely hated their breakfast. I have never been to a hotel or resort where breakfast had so much limited options. & the crazy part is, there wasn’t even one kind of vegetables or cheese. Main breakfast was eggs (scrambled or with a cheese like an omelette) that is honestly inedible, like I can’t comprehend how they can mess up cooking eggs like that. There was sausages & potatoe which weren’t nice as well. Then the usual bagels, bread, croissants & condiments. On the weekend we went for breakfast at 9:30am when breakfast suppoedly was open till 10, & there wasn’t even butter or croissants, they had run out. In terms of cleanliness, it was clean but not super clean. Pillows are uncomfortable, super flat & the quilt often comes out of the quilt cover & worst part is that the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress, I actally took photos of first day & showed it to reception so they can change/ fix it.. & even then it was barely fitting, it’s like u’re usinf a queen size fitted sheet for a king size mattress. Bottom line is, won’t be staying there again
