I stayed here last year for the same event, I paid WAY less for a WAY bigger and nicer room. Last year was 4 nights, this year 5 nights, over 1000$ this year, last year was barley half that for a much nicer room. There is No kettle or coffee maker, I can apparently visit the lobby between 7 and 10am for coffee only but Not exactly convenient when some people like myself are here for events that run from 8pm to 3am....Also when i asked during checkin how we get from the parking to here main floor, we were told to take the far door then the elevator. There is No elevator from the parking to main floor, its a set of stairs, so someone like me who is physically disabled was NOT pleasent, i would have unloaded the car at street level first if given the truth when I asked. It had only been 1 night and i already was ready to switch hotels due to how unhappy we were. I requested extra pillows during booking, i had to call down to ask for them and he acted like we were disturbing him and seemed impatient like we were causing an inconvenience to him even upon checkin. After 1 day i physically wrote the hotel concerning all the issues as i was told the manager wasnt on site and to reach out in an email. No reply. Do urself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here!! Worst hotel iv ever stayed at in all my travels. The room was disgusting with filth. Ac leaked brown goup and a layer of dirt. Bthrm fan was so gross. Id rather sleep at a shelter.

They only had laid service every 3 days, which meant that my room became a mess with full garbage bags, dorty coffee filters etc. At the rates here at least come on and make the bed.

One star hotel

This was the worse hotel experience ever! It’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. There’s no coffee maker neither outlets in the room. If you want to charge your phone you have to unplug the lamp! The towels were old and small. They clean the room every three days! Rooms are very small.

It was not bad, not good. Price is not bad, and you're in a good spot close to everything. No issues with parking, but I imagine on a weekend it gets interesting.

The location was very good, however construction in adjacent buildings, had to drive 4 blocks to park. Floor in elevator was deteriorated and panel loose. Bathroom vanity mirror rusted and dust on vanity light and A/C unit sounded like an airplane when it kicked on.

Considering the amount we paid for our stay, the facilities were very disappointing — the internet connection was so weak that browsing was nearly impossible, and there was no microwave or other basic amenities

So much wrong, i don't know where to start. There was no breakfast available even though stated there was. Not enough towels & facecloths supplied for 3 people. Only 1, to be shared I guess. Our tub was not properly clean, with hair & cheap soap in it. They never did send someone to clean it after I asked. Bed sofa not prepared. They sent up the linens. Never did connect to the "free" wifi. Tv required a manual which we didn't have. Tub plug didn't work. The pictures are not accurate. We did not have individual body wash etc.towels etc were very flimsy & smallish. I choose this hotel in part because breakfast could be had. I wish i had been advised the area was under renovation. The front desk day person was approachable. This hotel was not worth $211.00 a night. I will never recommend it.
