For a cheap hotel, Hotel Chrome was fabtastic. The hotel was not dirty, the room was clean, the building and rooms looked modern and not rundown. Staff was polite and helpful. WIFI worked perfectly. The shower got steaming hot very fast and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel served its purpose to provide adequate lodging so we could spend more money and time out in the city of Montréal!

L hôtel est quand même correcte, cependant dans ma chambre il n'y avait pas de portes pour le garde robe, ça faisait plutôt hôtel de basse classe. De plus il est impossible de dormir avec un oreiller elles sont énormes et très inconfortable.

Okay for a short stay
The stay was okay. The hotel is clean and good enough for a short stay. However, the beds are not comfortable. We had to request more towels and pillows at the reception. The walls doesn’t stop noise from the street and other rooms.

We recently stayed at Hotel Chrome Montreal for three days. While the location is definitely a highlight—close to downtown, with easy access to major attractions like the museum and Notre-Dame Basilica—the experience was dampened by some issues. The biggest downside was the parking. Despite being informed there was parking, every time we asked during our stay, the answer was the same: “It’s full.” This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially since we had to make alternate arrangements. Cleanliness was also just average—nothing remarkable. While the hotel is functional for its location and accessibility, there’s definitely room for improvement in both services and maintenance.

Room was filthy, toothpaste on the walls, food I am going to only hope and assume on the walls by the bed. There is construction right beside which obviously the hotel can not control, but I was awaken at 6:30 to drilling and banging. Location of hotel was not in the safest area to my experience.

23 november breakfast was CLOSED without warning I was lookiung forward to the previously superb croissants There was no credit provided, not even a hint. The nice young man on 22 and again on 23 Nov was the only face as staff ( Adamo)

For the price you get the bare minimum, which personally was enough. The location is great being near China town and the Old Port. The only amenities in the room are soap shampoo, TV and an empty fridge. For low price it is worth it.

Pros: Big room with separate sleeping area. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. Nice sized TV with all sports channels. Cons: No coffee maker. And for seniors, the bathtub\shower does not have safety bars. If you have mobility issues, you might want to choose another property.

Hotel a fuir absolument personnel arrogant et pratiquant une anarque sur le fumage. Le personnelle appelle la chambre disent que ça sent la cigarette et qu'il vont charger la carte de credit. Nous avons jamais fumé dans la chambre. Il ya même des clients qui était non fumeur et qui on vécu la même arnarque. Les chambre pu la moisissure.
