One star hotel

This was the worse hotel experience ever! It’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. There’s no coffee maker neither outlets in the room. If you want to charge your phone you have to unplug the lamp! The towels were old and small. They clean the room every three days! Rooms are very small.

It was not bad, not good. Price is not bad, and you're in a good spot close to everything. No issues with parking, but I imagine on a weekend it gets interesting.

The location was very good, however construction in adjacent buildings, had to drive 4 blocks to park. Floor in elevator was deteriorated and panel loose. Bathroom vanity mirror rusted and dust on vanity light and A/C unit sounded like an airplane when it kicked on.

Considering the amount we paid for our stay, the facilities were very disappointing — the internet connection was so weak that browsing was nearly impossible, and there was no microwave or other basic amenities

So much wrong, i don't know where to start. There was no breakfast available even though stated there was. Not enough towels & facecloths supplied for 3 people. Only 1, to be shared I guess. Our tub was not properly clean, with hair & cheap soap in it. They never did send someone to clean it after I asked. Bed sofa not prepared. They sent up the linens. Never did connect to the "free" wifi. Tv required a manual which we didn't have. Tub plug didn't work. The pictures are not accurate. We did not have individual body wash etc.towels etc were very flimsy & smallish. I choose this hotel in part because breakfast could be had. I wish i had been advised the area was under renovation. The front desk day person was approachable. This hotel was not worth $211.00 a night. I will never recommend it.

Get what you pay for

No cleaning done of the room. No information, directory, hotel welcome information or anything in room. Requested more towels and soap by going to the front desk. If that is an eco-friendly approach by not cleaning, it should have a notice and allow people to request room be made up if they would like. No early check-in, but also did not allow holding of luggage if early. So lugged around luggage for hours until 4pm check-in.

The room was in rough shape: a hole in the wall, the towel rack was barely attached, and there was a rotting orange in the corner of the room that must have been there at least a week. There was also a $4 charge to store our bags for a few hours before checking in. I'm not sure if this is standard in Canada or unique to this hotel, but I've never been charged in other countries.

Nope never again

Was truly unfair false advertising. No sofa as shown in the pics with double beds. I booked for family of 6 and he wouldnt cancel and refund my booking saying he refused hotel.ca to eveb do so! Saidfour of my girls can share a double bed. Parking that was suppose to be 25.00 said was full which wasnt stated and told us we had to go to a parking lot 4 min walk from Hotel and pay 60.00 my little girls had to sleep on the floor! After a long travel from nova scotia. Never again.
