Mid--range hotel.
Although dated, rooms where good sized, comfortable beds. Kitchenette in need of repairs and had nothing in it, but plates can be requested apparently. Breakfast very basic.

Although the bed was broken when we arrived, and the suite itself looked a lot less dazzling in person, the staff is what made our experience extremely satisfying. When we notified them of the issue with our bed and that we didn't mind staying in there since we didn't have time to switch rooms, they took note and were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for making our short trip quick and easy! Hopefully, the bed will be fixed for the next guest.

We did not get the room we ordered - queen suite. The suite we got was dirty - counter in kitchenette sticky, hair in bathtub, floors dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable but not queen sized. Food for breakfast was cold. Bagels were stale. TV did not work at first. We had to plug it into another socket to get it to work. No cutlery or dishes in kitchen, Fridge looked like it had been bashed around.

The male staff who welcomed me at the reception was helpful, professional, smily and nice. That was a very good start. I couldn't find a parking and he offered their own parking for hàf the price. Next morning, I got disturbed at 11 sharp for check out although I put the sign do not disturb, in the middle of private moment. She even entered the room! 5 minutes later, they called the room to ask me to leave. I needed an extra hour until 12 and they refused. We packed up in a rush and left, frustrated and upset. C'mon!

The hotel was located near Old Town which is a wonderful area. The rooms were spacious.

The room I was in was not in good shape. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The bath tub had a rust spot about 3” by 5 or 7 inches due the enamel wearing off. Every counter in the kitchenette and bathroom were chipped. Every piece of furniture was also very chipped and worn. Very disappointed by lack of housekeeping. Was told when we checked in that we would only have housekeeping once for our 3 night stay, however we never had any housekeeping or fresh towels brought in during our stay. When I asked for extra hand towels and wash clothes i was asked to come down to the lobby to get them myself. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying there.

Poorly managed hotel room carpet was very smelly, dirty, old furniture, mosquitoes in the room and in the breakfast area. Bathroom shower had no pressure at all. Toilet kept running. Asked the receptionist to change the room she would not do.
