There was no coffee maker in the room. The toilet seat was loose and unsafe to sit on. With three people staying in the room, only one towels on the room had to ask repeatedly for additional towels and face cloth. A lot of the rooms were under renovation, so the hallways were cluttered with construction materials. It’s advertised as breakfast is available but no where did it say “for a cost”. Very poor communication among staff with several deliveries of towels after request.

Airport shuttle was timely. Bed was comfortable. Room looked clean but a/c vents were dirty/ dusty, floor surface was dirty - need mopping, shower faucet plate coming off wall? Shower didn't drain quickly. Floor lamp did not have a properly working bulb so couldn't use work table area. Restaurant bar had nice barkeep and very good bacon cheeseburger! 😋

I liked the Pool Area, and there is a Courtyard with a Mini Waterpark in the Centre of the Hotel, That Part of the Hotel was kept nice. There was friendly Gentleman who greeted us when we arrived, at the front desk. I hate how the Hotel is Very Darkish, and Confusing lots of Hallways Stairwells (Which I fell down, not sure how,, But it was Scary.) Lots of Pigeons, Pigeon Poo/Feathers in some Entrances of the Hotel Doors in the Back. We were there about 6 Years ago. Nothing seems to have Changed Except the Name Use to be Holiday Inn. Friendly Staff though:)

There were bugs coming out from our tv/wood wall. We ordered pizza delivery and we put it down on the counter and the bugs got into our food. Needless to say we were unable to eat our food! Even front desk staff are aware of this problem! Nothing is close by the hotel. The 1 restaurant they have is only open 5pm-11pm. The buffet they offer is only for breakfast. The only saving grace for this hotel was 2 staff members Roger from the restaurant and Alex at front desk were amazing!

While the rooms exactly match the pictures - freshly renovated and very clean- the rest of the hotel seems to be stuck in time. It reminds me of the old Crystal Palace in Moncton, New Brunswick. If the public areas (pool, old carpet in all hallways) were renovated, it would be a great choice for families. After two weeks, the security deposit has still not been refunded and the hotel said to call my card instead.

I found it odd to stand at the front desk, waiting to ask a question, and staff, not serving other guests, completely ignore me. Twice. Wow. Is that poor training? A lack of customer service mentality? Because from where I stood, it just looked rude.
