The staff were wonderful, from front desk (and their adorable mascot!) to the restaurant and bar staff. They were professional and friendly to our group of American tourists. Rooms were clean and comfy with excellent views of downtown and Mont Royal Park.

Special thanks to Michael in the restaurant, the doormen who were extremely helpful with taxis and the concierge who not only provided valuable sightseeing advice but was able to confirm a dinner reservation that I was unable to. When we arrived the parking door was broken so we were told to park somewhere else and it took some time to figure it out and get to the hotel with luggage. The room is clean but small. The king bed is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The bathroom has no fan. Overall, a good stay but we were looking for luxurious and romantic.

The shower in the room was awful. I called to have it addressed but no change. It was so powerful and sprayed everywhere it actually hurt to stand front facing it. You had to quickly shower to avoid pain
