Great location, well-equipped gym, professional although not particularly friendly staff, good coffee machine in the room. Cleanliness can be better. Old structure and old-fashioned carpets are to be worked. Pleased in general, but not enough to be loyal in my next trips to Montreal.

Hotel room was very dated… mirror in bathroom was broken, frame on the wall was broken, no TV remote. Room/bed was clean. I ordered food from Uber Eats and it never arrived, I asked the doorman and reception staff and they all said they didn’t get it. I contacted UberEats and said it never arrived, went to bed with no dinner and then at around 11:30pm the reception called me and said they got the order but nobody knew about it. I went down it was the same person I asked and they told me that they didn’t think it was mine when I originally asked … overall rude and bad hotel. Jacuzzi was broken too. Location is good but as a regular travel to the hotel I won’t be going back … it’s just not worth it for the cost.

The hotel is located in Montreal downtown and only 5 minutes walk to Simons department store and popular restaurants! The hotel itself is a little dated with 70s or 80s decor. Beware that the hotel will charge $18 per day as "destination fee" when check-out!
