Not so dog friendly
Although the hotel claims to be “dog friendly” on the app we had to pay an additional $40 for bringing our dog for one night and had to fill out additional paperwork related to the hotel’s pet guidelines and had to hang a special sign on our door to warn other hotel guests about the presence of our very quiet dog. We travel quite a bit with our dog and it’s usually hassle-free. We never had to pony up extra cash, sign additional forms or alert other guests about the presence of our dog inside our room. If I had known, I would have booked a different hotel.

Personnel très rapide pour répondre aux questions et régler les problèmes. Nous avons mal dormi la première nuit, car la chambre était tout prêt de la réception, le corridor était très achalandé et la chambre non insonorisée. Toutefois, le personnel nous a offert une autre chambre pour la deuxième nuit qui était parfaite. On devrait toutefois changer le mode d'accès aux portes, car les cartes magnétiques font souvent défaut.

Great location near botanical garden. Free parking. I was disappointed to find wer towels on my room. The staff was great and provided fresh ones without issue once I notified them. But once I got settled in I realized my room had not been cleaned. There was trash in the waste bin, empty bottles in the recycling bin and half used soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. I was too tired to complain. I just pulled out the soap that I packed and disregarded everything else.

Overall a good value
The rooms and facilities (including two swimming pools) are clean, up-to-date, and in good repair. The restaurant staff are friendly and service is fast. Wifi cut out occasionally. The hotel is especially good for family stays, with free and ample parking being a big plus. Easy access to Métro, with restaurants and a grocery nearby.
