Although I have reservation confirmation letter from Expedia, the front desk told me they did not have my booking info on their system. Fortunately, the last available room could accommodate my needs. The friendly staff helped me modify the price so I still could have the same price as I booked the room on the app. Generally speaking, all the staff are friendly and polite. I and my family had a good time in that hotel.

Nice place for a stay. However for the price of stay for one night , it could have been better in terms of cleanliness and breakfast options. However kitchen staffs were absolutely friendly and helpful.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THEY CHARGED THE WRONG CREDIT CARD AND WHEN ASKED TO FIX IT THEY MADE A SECOND CHARGE SO I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ROOM TWICE AND WHEN ASKED TO FIX IT THEY WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR MISTAKE AND FIX IT. TERIBLE EXPERIENCE, QUITE A FEW HOTELS IN THE ARE, AVOID WHEN POSSIBLE
