Great location, needs renovation.
The hotel was in a great walkable location to explore the different neighborhoods of Montréal. While the hotel was clean and the service accommodating, the interior feels dated and needs to be upgraded. The rooms were dark and the furnishings were old. This is not up to the expectations we have for the Intercontinental chain of hotels.

Great service from check in throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounging area beside it. Also the wine bar offered reasonably priced wine by the glass or bottle. The location is great because it’s a short walk to the charming shops, cafes and restaurants in old Montreal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is located in a very convenient location close to the downtown shopping centre and old Montreal It has many issues with rooms and services To list a few : No enough supply for bathrooms One set of bath robe and slippers although it is a room for 2 Lights not working Short drain plugged No coffee machine in the room like other hotels No view from windows Had to carry my bags on stairs no elevator to the reception

Nice hotel; great location
The room that comes with club membership is a great deal, as it includes daily breakfast and snacks. The room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Daily housekeeping was inconsistent.

Convenient location for walking tour of old Montreal, great cafes, restaurants and bars, and downtown shopping. It is only 10 min walk from the central station as well. It was great!

The Hotel was incredible and had everything we needed. It was located perfectly for walksbility to all rhe locations we wanted to visit from restaurants to the waterfront activities. It made for a very enjoyable wedding anniversary.
