Great place overall. One very minor thing, bedding needs to be updated. And toilet paper is like razors. Other than that, excellent hotel. Pool was clean and area around it. Breakfast was good, good variety. Would stay there again.

A great alternative to a traditional hotel - a small fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining area. Nice breakfast area and one of the best continental breakfasts we have experienced. On the downside - although we had thermostat as low as possible the room was too warm. The windows open, but appear to have been sealed closed. The external fan/AC unit was disabled for the winter - so the only way to cool the room was to open the balcony door.

A beautiful hotel, ideally located in the city center. The room is spacious and well-appointed. Although the renovation is a bit dated, it remains of very good quality and functional. I recommend asking for a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Royal. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Highly recommended, especially for families.
