The only thing about our room- pillows were hard I was recently at another hotel and there were 2 pillow options for each person Firm or soft and the type was embroidered into the pillowcase on each pillow- genious! Maybe you could try that? And the restaurant was closed- that was a bummer and one elevator was down- Not hard because we could use the stairs- until we needed the elevator to bring down our suitcases But other than those issues- we had a great stay! We loved our room! and the staff were all wonderful!

Although the location was excellent, the rooms were not very clean, odor in the room, mold in shower, toiletries very poor. Staff not knowledgeable about the area. The porters for the valet were the best.

the hotel was well situated and the beds were comfortable. the staff was lovely and helpful. there were a few issues marring the stay including a falling sink, no towels at the pool and very expensive parking compared to other hotels in the area.

Our stay at Le St.Martin was delightful. The team there does everything in their power to assist you in a warm and professional manner. We arrived late at night and our reservation had been cancelled by Expedia. It was 1 am and in a very few minutes the young man at reception had us re-booked and settled into our room. The breakfast buffet is a very fair deal and the food was fresh and plentiful. The only thing missing is and in-house bar/restaurant but that is clearly stated and there are lots of options in the area. We will definitely stay at this location again when we are next in Montreal.

Excellent location, clean modern rooms and helpful, exceptional staff! Able to walk to old town , restaurants and shopping. Easy and fast check- in/out. Cos- my room overlooking a gas station loud and scary at night and the other window overlooking a very active public bus stop!, zero privacy and 24/7 windows shades! Lastly no WIFI room 116 needing to spend $ T-Mobile for highs speed data.

Nice hotel a few quirks.
The desk clerk got us in quick. Parking was close an easy. The room was comfy an set up well. I loved the pool. Service was very good. The quirks were; a safe in the bathroom, a price list of everything not nailed down . They had no operating bar or restaurant. Breakfast was set up in a conference room, it didn't run late enough for us. The shower was peekaboo, glass wall facing the beds, with slat blinds controled from the room, not the shower. Only seen that once before, an it was a few blocks from here. Location was great.

The hotel and staff were lovely. My only complaint is that i was obky told about the extra cost for valet at the time of check out. I wasn't informed when i called a week before abd asked about valet, i wasn't advised when booking my room, and i wasn't told when i checked in.. Any extra charges should advised ahead of time.

Great hotel, great amenities, excellent location
Excellent location - close to restaurants, Peel metro station, and a plethora of cultural attractions including the Art Museum. Our room also had a bath tub which is huge and comfortably fit two adults.

Great location, attentive staff, luxurious facilities but air conditioning on top floor suite insufficient against Montreal summer heat (they did send someone up promptly and after hours to look at but it was still not as cool as we had hoped.)
