Room was amazing and comfortable. Very Clean, even comfortable bath robes. Lighting in the bathroom was dim, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The Nespresso machine in the room was lovely. The breakfast was to die for, no one beats a Canadian breakfast! Every savory and sweet option was offered. Will be staying here again!

A wonderful property, run with the efficiency of a large hotel chain but with all the personal touches and friendliness of a boutique hotel. Wonderful large rooms and bathrooms, terrific breakfast, quiet but conveniently situated. We will go back.

Amazone expérience. Property clean breakfast had everything and more than expected. I’m difficult to please and even I was surprised. Bonus I’m with a walker and wheelchair. Bathroom and shower adapted for every challenges a person with reduced mobility can face. Basically I couldn’t find anything to complain about of the St Martin Laval.

I stayed for a week on a business trip. Very nice and well appointed hotel. Great staff and a quiet hotel. Easy to walk to a good selection of restaurants. I did not realize when I booked my room but, it had a microwave and refrigerator as well as a small selection of plates and utensils as well as a sink to clean up. On my next visit, I will probably shop at the grocery store across the street and fix some meals for myself. The breakfast was well appointed as well.

Overall very good experience
We stayed at this hotel one night and got to experience not once, but twice what seems to be a lack of communication between the front office and the room attendant. While there is definitely a possibility for improvement on that front, the complimentary breakfast buffet was by far the best we have had in terms of quantity, quality and variety in similar hotel category. Also kudos to the breakfast service attendant for her courtesy and professionalism.

Fantastic but....
Great place to stay. Beautiful rooms, fairly quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, I did not feel like going out for dinner and decided to try the in-house restaurant. My complaint is that the menus were only in french.
