This two-floor house is elegantly decorated and boasts a private terrace in the back. A unique and historical space in the heart of the city in a very trendy neighbourhood called GRIFFINTOWN. This huge space contains a house with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a private Gym.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with its attached 3 bathrooms, another washroom a large kitchen with a central island/bar, a big dining room that can seat 12 people and a living room lounge leading to an access to the terrace. It's an open concept separated by a door. The downstairs is composed of a gym, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a spacious lounge with access to the terrace.
This beautiful brick house dates from 1895 and represents all the modern comfort you could want in a home. Decorated with attention to detail from the best boutiques in Montreal.
