LIMITATIONS

➤ We only have driveway parking for 2 vehicles only. If you have third vehicle, please let us know and we'll try to accommodate. Strictly NO Street parking as we have no control of it.

➤ We do have smart tv but there is no cable and no streaming devices. Guest can use their own account if possible.

➤ The unit is located in the upper level of the duplex. There are stairs to get into the unit and inside the unit.

➤ We have guest staying in downstairs duplex, please strictly follow quiet hours 9PM - 7AM. Running and jumping will be heard from downstairs unit.

➤ We have drip coffee machine, and guest needs to bring their preffered coffee, cream, sugar. Pots and Pans are available to use but guest needs to bring their own oils and seasonings.

➤ Just to inform that we do not have AC in the bedrooms. Ceiling Fans are provided to keep the rooms cool.

➤ We have baseboard heating. But do not turn on between 5/1-10/31.
