This 2 bedroom unit is newly renovated. The apartment comes fully furnished, and with a fully stocked kitchen (fridge is a mini fridge as seen in pictures). You will be equipped with linens, basic cleaning supplies, a few complementary coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, high speed internet, and a 55'' smart TV. This home also includes all appliances, as well as a washer & dryer
Guest Access:
You will have complete, private access to your unit. Your entrance is on the side of the duplex property.
The owner lives in the upstairs unit, but you will have your own private unit, and private access.
Additionally, if you want to stay active during your visit, take advantage of our partnership with Orangetheory Fitness Griffintown - the best 1 hour workout that includes cardio and strength training!
