Excellent value for the budget when travelling as a family with our doggo. Neighbourhood street parking was handy, local area EV chargers were functional, and excellent array of amenities down Ste. Catherine Est.

Great spot, great apartment
We stayed two nights here, apartment was super clean. greta location, 10 minute walk from local shops, about 20 minute walk to the olympic park. Easy 15 minute drive to the City, highly recommend visiting Old Montreal. We also do La Ronde the theme park which was great and although was a Saturday in July, the queues were surprisingly short for nearly all the rides. Only issue with the apartment was the lack of equipment in the kitchen, and no wine glasses! we didn't cook and weren't there for long enough for it to be a problem but would have been frustrating if we'd stated longer. Parking one the street outside the apartment not an issue at all.

Great, spaciious apartment with bedroons below the living room/kitchen. Contemporary design and feel. Kitchen functional, but nothing fancy for food prep. Easy access to local grocery stores, but a bit of a hike for good food fare. Use metro/bus combo tickett for most convenience.

The unit itself is gorgeous. You can tell alot of hard work has gone into saving this beautiful stone building. I would only point out that some areas felt a little less secure with exterior doors left unlocked. Especially after we were advised the police were at this unit the day before we arrived to break up altercation between 2 guests. Unit otherwise provided good selection of kitchen items. Bath water came out of tap full of grit?

Expectations met!
Genuinely pleased with our stay. Very much in line with our expectations and good value for $. Very much classic Montréal neighborhood. Happily the street parking worked out perfectly, as right by doorway could park anytime except for 9-noon Thursdays, a limitation that varies street by street in the area.

Remodel Wreck
This apartment, online looks beautiful and it is at first glance. Modernized and open layout. The real experience begins when you really look at the property to assess what you are staying in. There are space utensils to use, the toilet seat was broken in the upper powder room, no dish towels or dish washcloths (more on that later), full bath is below in this apartment as well as the two bedrooms. Beds were had sheets on them no blankets that you had to search for in the closets, the overalls cleanliness was poor, the grill that you see in the post is not the same and was filthy. I reached out to the owner of the about my concerns they argued that it was clean and if didn’t like it to leave. It was 7:30 in the evening and they were upset with me for pointing out that whomever was cleaning the apartment was not preparing for the next renter, in my case me. I sent pictures along with explains that what is online does not align with what I am seeing in real time at the apartment. The cleaner then shows up with kitchen towels and wants to come in and when asked about the bedding said because it had been warm and that is why the beds were not completely made. I would not recommend this property until the owner has a better cleaning service and approach to the clients they are serving.

Surprising gem away from the hustle and bustle
Great neighborhood with everything in reach. More residential compared to other parts of Montreal but withing walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a larger market. Tons of parks. Parking wasn't an issue. Highly recommend!

L'appartement était bien situé : nous avons pris le métro Viau, qui nous permettait d'aller facilement dans le centre ville de Montréal. L'appartement est bien équipé et dispose de ce qu'il faut pour un séjour court dans la ville de Montréal. Petit bémol : la propreté.

Séjour sympathique, belle décoration
Le logement est très beau et bien adapté à un court séjour, les espaces sont grands et intéressants pour recevoir du monde ! La literie est plutôt bonne, nous avions bien dormi. Quartier calme. En revanche de grosses odeurs de cigarettes froides des l’arrivée, il manque d’équipements en cuisine (seul le strict minimum est la), pas de rideaux dans les chambrées, et les toilettes du bas ont tendance à se boucher rapidement (rien pour déboucher sur place). Donc agréable séjour dans l’ensemble mais terni par 2-3 points moins positifs
