L'appartement est petit, mais pour une seule personne c'était bien. Il mériterait un bon tour de petites réparations et un nettoyage complet (ex: l'eau de la douche coule sur le plancher (pas de tapis), porte de la chambre ne ferme pas, pas de porte pour fermer l'espace où se trouve la ventilation donc un peu bruyant la nuit, cheveux un peu partout, le four était très sale (int) et l'allumer a fait tellement de fumée que j'ai dû abandonner pour ne pas déclencher l'alarme de feu). Notez que la cuisine ne comprends presque rien... En somme, je n'avais pas besoin de plus, donc c'était correct, mais un peu cher pour le coup.
