The SENS Hotel Montréal is a wonderful property located downtown in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to a metro station, coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants of all price points and galleries. This was my 3rd stay in Montreal in a 5 month period and my best stay. My room was spacious, well appointed and best of all - they allow dogs! The SENS has a great valet parking service, a lovely restaurant/café, and exceptional staff. A tip for dog owners: Les Anges Gardiennes is a doggy daycare only 15 minutes away in Westmount, with service from 9-6:30pm, so convenient as dogs must not be left alone in the hotel room and made my stay at the SENS so stress free. I will definitely stay here again.

I booked this property last minute and I was extremely satisfied. The room was spacious and full of light. Service and staff are good! One of the prettiest avenues of Montreal, ideally located. What more could I ask?

Great hotel however room lighting wasn't very bright. Our room was next to the elevator therefore we heard it going up/down regularly. The staff was really great and overall the hotel was good to go.

Not the best location in Montreal. You'd have to walk quite a bit to get to some activities. Room was large and designed well. Did need a bit of touch up paint on the bathroom door frames (could see chipping and rust). Staff was friendly but understaffed. The valet team needs more people for sure.

I would rate this property 4 stars IF cleaning and communication was better Some feedback regarding our stay 1. Room was comfortable and spacious for 3 adults 2. Cleaning needs to be improved, when we checked in there was a dirty red cup on the window sill and a small tube of toothpaste behind the door. We threw out the cup but the toothpaste was never cleaned up until we checked out 3. Communication between front desk and housekeeping also needs improvement. I had to call everyday for the 5 days we stayed to ask for coffee, water and towels (pillows too). For consumables they would just leave for 2 people when there were 3 of us. I asked front desk to relay that there were 3 adults and not 2 but still I had to call everyday 4. Phone was not working. 5. Handheld shower was also not working 6. Couch can do with a deep clean or new covers, it felt dirty to sit in and the cushion sagged already 7. Bathroom was spacious and provided a good view of the city 8. Our suite was a corner room and provided excellent views of the outdoor 9. Conveniently located in front of line 24 bus stop and a couple of blocks from the metro 10. Many nice restaurants within walking distance, plus a pharmacy too!
