The facility is fine, although the restaurant bar could use a serious renovation. The bar itself lacked in some basic liquors, but the staff did their best to make-do and were helpful. The reason for my two star review is that we were awakened by screeching and banging pipes. I sat up wondering what the heck could cause such a loud, ongoing strange noise. Impossible to sleep through. We figured out it must be the plumbing- pipes needing replacement or repair. I lost final 2 hours of sleep I really needed. It’s too bad as the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front desk person seemed to suggest that this was not a new thing.

You are terribly understaffed. There was no one to assist with luggage, insufficient dolly carts to move luggage and I was told that I had to load my suitcases by myself onto the airport shuttle. This is unacceptable for a 73 year old to lift at 4 suitcases at 30kg each. Shame on you!!!

I used Parking Lot P1 last night and found my car damaged this morning. The keyhole appeared to have been tampered with, and there was a dent on one side as well. No other cars were parked near mine.

We stayed there last year and the rooms were amazing and clean. This year a huge disappointment we complained about the duvet wasn’t clean the carpet was dirty and no fan in the bathroom. We will never stay there again before our flight
