You will have a fully furnished private basement, including a private bathroom with a washer and dryer. The entrance is through the garage (the only shared area), and access to your basement space will be locked.

The accommodation is in the basement of our home, which we occupy. We are respectful and mindful of noise, but there will be normal life activities upstairs.

Guest Access:

You will have a parking space when street parking is not allowed, which will be specified before your arrival. The entrance is on the right side of the garage. Use the door to access the basement where your private quarters are located.

During your stay, if you need anything, we are usually nearby as we live on the premises and will do our best to accommodate you. Feel free to write to us.

Other Points to Note:

Please consider that we live upstairs. We try to be as respectful as possible, but there will be normal life activities during regular hours. If you let us know your preferred quiet times, we will try to be as silent as possible. Any person not included in the reservation will be refused, and the reservation will be canceled.

Marie est une host superbe avec de belle petites attentions ( traineau pour patinage, couverture licorne pr ma fille, etc...). Maison tres propre et bien equipée pour nos besoin. Le quartier est sécurisé Vivement je vous la recommande pour vos sejours à Mirabel.
