The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room clean, towels fluffy and the pillows soft. Breakfast was yummy with many choices. I would stsy here again!

Your Asst Manager said I was going to get a refund
My previous response was automatically sent. More details. The Asst Manager said I can get a full refund. The email she sent me has been stopped on her end as it is no longer available in my inbox. I paid $293.27 for my room and are expecting a refund. She said she couldn't issue a refund because I booked through Hotel.com. The room we were in did not have black out curtains that covered the window. So not only could someone look in being on the ground floor but there was also a very bright light in the parking lot that was shining in the window. Hard to go to sleep with that light in my eyes.

The property is great. It's Expedia that was the problem. I reserved 3 rooms and the hotel said they only got a reservation for 2 rooms. They were sold out so couldn't get an extra room. We had to double up which was ok, just glad I wasn't traveling with the opposite sex.
