Disappointing considering what we paid....
The front desk people were nice. But that was about all I can say. The hotel had very little at breakfast, no hair dryers, no snack machines. Neither of our TV's worked correctly. Just very run down. A lot of things broken that needed to be replaced. One of the towels I had was dirty or had spots on it in the bathroom.

The bathroom door would not close properly and actually was falling apart. We also saw two cockroaches in the room.

Good news, we had bath towels, wash clothes, and had towels in our room. Upon reading the reviews after check in this is considered a win. We even got a bonus bath towel from the previous guest hanging up in our bathroom. Fun surprise. More good news, we didn’t see any roaches in our room, but we kept the lights on ALL night long just in case. Guess what? I don’t think there was bed bugs either like other reported. I was taught by Dr. Oz on the Oprah Winfrey show years ago, and it passed the test. Our bed was like the mountain range you could see in the distance, it oddly was humped in the middle. Had to hold onto my spouse to not roll off on to the filthy floor. More on the floor.. a few spots felt soft like you could fall through. It appeared to be vacuum at least. My spouse has long dark hair, ironically it matched the previous guests hair. Because there was hair all over the shower that she had yet to step in. The smell, the mold, to what I’d assume is growing everywhere left me feeling quite ill and stuffed up this morning. The dampness in the room was matched only by conditions in Mexico, no mini bar to enjoy though with it. Air conditioning worked great, and the location was perfect for visiting the college. The staff was kind, we didn’t complain to any of them because after reading the reviews we realized most of this is out of their control. However I would never stay here again nor recommend it to a single breathing soul.

When we arrived we were told we were on the third floor and the elevator was not working and there was no intention of it getting fixed. She gave us a room on the first floor that had a sharp board sticking out from the bed. The room smelled. There was a brownish red smudge on the bathroom wall and there was very dim lighting in the bathroom. The front desk person showed us a couple of other rooms that smelled as badly or even worse.

Bedding was clean. Had to ask for towels. Room was kind of gross. Door was difficult to open. There was a gap under the door so the hallway noise was excessive. Had some weird spots on the wall that looked like they had attempted to clean by merely spraying cleanser on them. Breakfast was basic. The location was nice, but we will not be staying here again.

Property was disgusting. Very dirty. Smelled moldy and of weed. Some staff was rude and disrespectful. No emergency exit signs in building or room. Room conditions were totally unacceptable

We ended up not staying at this hotel. There were dark stains on the carpets in the hall and room, dark spots on the blanket, carpet tears in the room, and it smelled terrible.

This hotel presented itself as a budget hotel. The bedding only provided a single sheet without blankets. The room did not come with wash clothes, and handtowel or ice buckets.
