The property and amenities were exceptional and the Hotel Manager (that Expedia review policy doesn't allow me to name, which is ridiculous because she, specifically, deserves accolades for multiple reasons and should be commended directly for her professionalism) was so helpful and so pleasant it just made the trip ten times better.The manager (whose name rhymes with Listina and starts with the letter Chri) exemplifies the ideal Hotel manager and made our experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable I just hope the Hyatt corporation awards her with something commensurate with the services she provided. She truly was a game changing, ultra-professional employee who made us want to return to the Hyatt on our next trip. Thank you (name withheld because of expedia's foolish policy) for your help, kindness, courtesy, professionalism and friendship during our stay, and we look forward to seeing you again on our next trip.

Comfortable stay
Great location, maid service was very good, and the room was very comfortable with lots of amenities. The breakfast is also very good, and there is a coffee maker in the room with a refrigerator.

wonderful stay.
We were in town for a concert at Mohegan Sun last night, and decided to stay overnight, and it couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay at, from the ease of checking in, to the shuttle bus to the casino/arena, the comfortable bed, and the tasty breakfast. If we are ever going to a concert in the area again, we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt again.

One of my favorite places to stay
I love the Hyatt Place near Mystic. We always stay there. They really have your comfort in mind. I love the room and couch area. It’s spacious and comfortable.

The room was fine - it was clean and well stocked. The refrigerator needs to b e looked at - it was humming loudly all the time. The shower needs a bar inside to hold onto as it is slippery. The bed was very comfortable just very high to get into. Food was good - breakfast was good especially the french toast. Ham was tough to eat. Decaf coffee was luke warm. Employees were pleasant and professional. Would stay again.
