Beautiful hotel, unique in its takes advantage of how grand it really is. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We walked mostly to everything we came to see and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Only didn't care for the hallway noise from other guests (which is understandable since it was the long weekend and the walls are fairly thin because of the hotels age). And the parking was a bit of a challenge.

We enjoy staying in historic hotels, but the Grant Hall Hotel sets a high bar. Old world elegance with a casual atmosphere. Excellent fine dining restaurant and a lovely bar with cozy, lush seating areas. Location is right next to the beautiful, large Crescent Park. Lots of walking paths among lush landscape and benches for resting and reflecting. Given the history of restoration, this hotel is a truly remarkable success story of what thoughtful design and attention to detail can accomplish. So worth a stay! We will be back.

Stayed for one night to visit tunnels of Moose Jaw, the casino and the Temole garden pool. Such a great location to walk everywhere! The hotel is very quiet.

The staff was amazing. So kind, courteous, and caring. I booked at the last minute because our car broke down and we had to stay overnight in Moosejaw as the garage waited for parts. We were exhausted as we were traveling from B.C. with my brother's ashes, in his car. We chose to stay in the hotel and eat at their restaurant and it was outstanding. Unfortunately, later that night, my son caught a 24 hour flu and was really sick. The front desk not only allowed us to check out at 1 pm, but once they heard about our circumstances, told us to go back to the room and rest until our car was ready. They gave us water, and coffee and were very compassionate. It was above and beyond! On top of all this, the place was beautifully renovated. The history of the building is unique and well loved. It is also perfectly situated, near all the amenities one might need as well as attractions. If i could give it 6 stars out of 5, I would. I am a seasoned traveller, and the Grant Hall and ALL of its staff from the front desk to the lounge/restaurant servers, to the cleaning staff were exceptionally caring, warm, and kind.

Long day, missed lunch; checked in to a wonderful looking experience of a hotel with history. Unfortunately plans for an early dinner in the hotel were not possible as the dining room and lounge have limited and the same hours. Would go back again but would plan for a longer dining experience as the dining room and menu looked excellent; to bad I didn’t haven’t a chance to partake.
