CR The four winds. Levant

Levante House, for 6 people, has the bedrooms on the lower floor, with direct access to the pool area. It has a very large space, with a private wooden gazebo.

Located on the highest level of the complex -except for the attic- its views are 360º. We can see the Sierra de Cerezo to the northwest and the Sierra del Buitre y Moratalla, to the south, with wide extensions of fruit trees and pine trees for several kilometers around.

And at night, the Moratalla sky being one of the cleanest in our country, it is a real pleasure to sit and watch the stars.

Its dining room is the largest of all. In the decoration, a large wooden beam predominates, recovered from old constructions that give the house a certain air of recollection and old flavor. The main bedroom has a direct exit to the garden and pool. The children's room, lined with wood, has wooden bunk beds, each one-and-a-half length. The bathroom is located between both bedrooms.

At this level is the children's play area: slides, a house and a swing. And the older children's play area: to play soccer, a basketball basket and a ping-pong table.

Two entrances, one through the car park and one through the central gazebo area.
Kitchen. Integrated in dining room, with oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils, including coffee maker and mixer.
Living room. Large, with wood-burning fireplace, sofa and plasma TV

Bedroom 1. Main, with direct access to the garden and pool
Bedroom 2. With two bunk beds of body and a half each (4 beds, for 4 people)
Bath. Complete, with bathtub
Central heating.
