We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable & quiet. We stayed here just for the pool. Which was clean and we were the only ones to use it most of the day.. That was nice. Perfect little getaway right near the lake!

Our stay was very short as we were traveling through, but the hotel room condition was dirty. There was black mold growing in the shower, the handicap shower bar was falling off the wall, there was a thick layer of dirt on top of the light switch and hair dryer, the room doors were heavily wore. The room smelled. The breakfast food was actually decent, but the chairs at the breakfast tables were filthy. There was lemon water in the lobby, but it was not fresh. And the person working the front desk struggled with knowing how to check us in.

We had a fabulous stay. Thank you so much. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was awesome. My friend’s sons loves the breakfast buffet. Very good experience.

The front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Explained all clearly. The breakfast was amazing. There was a variety of hot and cold foods. Recommend offering butter versus margarine. Loved the lemon water; very refreshing. Housekeeping staff also friendly. Definitely will stay at this location again.

VERY dissatisfied will not use website again.
The actual staff at the hotel were great. The hotel.com reservation site were not accommodating and I felt like I had been victimized and scammed because all they wanted was my money and not at all willing to work with me or change reservation, when I had scheduled the wrong date to attend a funeral. What happed to customer service.
