"The customer service was amazing! I haven’t seen that kind of customer service in years! From check-in to security guards to help desk! The parking lot attendant even remembered us and knew where we parked our car the next day and we didn’t use valet!! Picture of security guard who helped a couple of ladies who got lost!"

"Nice place to stay, you do NOT have to use their Valet for parking. There’s a public parking garage directly across the street. The pool area is very nice and spacious. They have 11 floors. They also have a Restaurant on the 3rd floor as well as a Starbucks"

"The hotel is located in a wonderful part of Atlanta. Lots of restaurants and shops and very walkable. Convenient to sporting events and concerts. The only negative comment I would make has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The area is loud and it is not safe to be out walking about late at night. But the wonderful thing about the Omni Hotel is that it is connected to Phillips arena, so you never need to wander the streets of Atlanta after your concert or sporting event ends. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. "
