DISHONEST AND NOISY: NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Every room in this small hotel opens to the lobby and the reception area is noisy night and day. No fans in rooms and stuffy when windows closed to shut out noise. ONLY 2 small hot cakes is the "included breakfast"; anything else costs extra. WORST is that Rosa Barroco Hotel advertises "free parking"; when you arrive, you are asked for 200 pesos ($11-12 USD), not given a receipt, but told 200 pesos will be refunded when you leave. You must walk a block, get your car, stop on Morelia's main street in full traffic, and wait for a housekeeper to bring you the 200 pesos and you return a small plastic card. The housekeeper brought my luggage, but no 200 pesos. I phoned hotel and explained I had to move as my car was blocking traffic, but that I had the card and would return in 2-3 days enroute back to my home. When I returned, I gave the only female clerk who speaks English, who had initially taken my 200 pesos, the white card and she REFUSED to refund my 200 pesos. When I insisted, she shouted, "Never return to hotel!" Believe me, I won't, and if you don't want to be scammed in a noisy hotel by rude clerks, you won't go there either! Emma K Bennett
