My room was very damp carpet was wet like they shampooed it and it wasn’t drying. I was told it was due to weather from the front desk. They didn’t care. Then checking out waiting for receipt she told me to go eat breakfast and come back because they were changing shifts I ask them to email it and I already ate Breakfast. I am a silver member and this was unexceptional.

Nice 1 night stay at WVU to visit my Grandson! Accommodating to our needs and full transparency with policies. Only issue is size of pool (barely accommodates 4 people)…but that doesn’t change 5⭐️review!

The room we had was large and clean. The bed and pillows were average. The towels were like sandpaper. Some of the food on the breakfast buffet was OK, but needed to be hotter rather than lukewarm. The coffee was pretty good. Overall, I expected better for the price.

The rooms were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious lots of options and the employee kept it very. lean and plentyfull . Outdoor firepit wasn’t working on the patio which was a bummer . All in all great place to stay close to a lot of restaurants , stores and Super close to WVU
