Closest hotel to Swallow Falls area, gas station with good food ( Hunt Bros Pizza) just down the quiet road. Building looks new, apparently having a remodel recently - comfy, cozy single bed, nice bedding, nice bathroom, even had a window seat with sunset view. Very clean, plenty of rooms, worth a stay if you are traveling to the Oakland MD area.

A convenient location to Morgantown. The staff were nice and the breakfast option was decent. Our mattress had a dip in it...but it was still very comfortable as were the pillows.

On the way home
Having a fridge/microwave, and breakfast was a big plus. Often hard to find affordable hotels this time of the year due to basketball and football games. The room, while small, was comfortable and quiet and clean.

This was probably one of my worst hotel stays. The front desk clerk told me they were out of pillows so we were given a pillow case with a balled up sheet in it to use as a pillow. Will not be staying here again.

Get What You Pay For
Fridge was not on, takes too long to get cold when it’s off. Standing water in bathroom sink and tub. Bathroom floor peeling up at tub. TV did not work. Desk chair was falling apart, hesitant to sit in it. Breakfast was minimal but ok.

Good, but could use some improvements.
Everything was fine, but there should be some condiments for breakfast for the eggs. Mustard, ketchup, and hot sauce. Also, some fruit besides the cheap apples that were partially rotten. There is also not enough room for everyone to eat. Some people at standing up, going back to their rooms, or having to use the reception area.
